Lunch Menu

Crispy Chicken Drumstick
This light and delicious chicken drumstick is flash-fried, then baked in a perfectly seasoned, whole-grain breading. It is hand-held, making it the perfect way to get muscle-building protein into any growing student's diet!
Mashed Potatoes
These famous Idaho potatoes potatoes can't be beat! Potatoes are excellent source of potassium and vitamin D, and ours are seasoned to perfection with sweet butter and a hint of salt for nutrition that hungry students can't resist!
Chicken Gravy
A good mashed potato meal is not complete without gravy, so it's no wonder that kids really like our chicken gravy. It's a delicious (low-sodium) way to add flavor to any meal!
Whole Wheat Roll
This home-made roll brings that special, home-cooked feeling to just about any meal. Its soft goodness is sure to have the kids who packed a lunch looking all puppy-dog eyed at your kids, just begging for a bite.
Capri Blend Vegetables
A colorful mixture of crisp carrots, green beans, yellow squash, and zucchini!

Applesauce
This is the the real stuff -- pure apples with no sugar or artificial sweeteners added. Our applesauce has an intense, fresh apple taste bound up in a homemade texture.
Sliced Pears
Pears are an excellent source of fiber to support a healthy microbiome. These juicy sliced pears are packed in fruit juice to help maintain crispness, and served chilled for optimum flavor.
Frozen Peach Cup
There is no better way to end a meal than peaches frozen at the peak of ripeness and slightly thawed for a delicious and refreshing treat. Along with the great taste comes good nutrition -- peaches are a source of potassium, Vitamin A, and Vitamin C.
