Chicken Parmesan
Our chef has taken this classic meal and perfected it! A bed of whole grain spaghetti is layered with a breaded chicken patty, smothered with our marinara sauce and topped with melted mozzarella cheese.
Peas
Green peas are loaded with vitamins A, B-1, B-6, C, and a supersized serving of osteoporosis-fighting vitamin K. They're also high in fiber and low in fat. The best part, though, is that they taste good!
Whole Wheat Roll
