Lean turkey sausage wrapped in pancake batter and baked to a crisp and juicy perfection! This kid-friendly breakfast item is a good source of gut-healthy dietary fiber and iron.
Breakfast Sandwich
This tasty breakfast sandwich is very popular with the kids. We use low-fat turkey sausage and a whole wheat English muffin. It's a great way to start the school day!
Cinnamon Roll
Our whole grain cinnamon rolls are amazing! Made from-scratch and baked fresh with cinnamon & light frosting, this gooey concoction is a home run with all those who eat it.

What's better than a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast? Mini bagels with cream cheese! These soft, whole grain bagels smothered in low-fat cream cheese are a happy start to any morning. As an added bonus, they contain absolutely no artificial colors or flavors. They come in two flavors: strawberry or cinnamon. YUM!
Hash Brown Patty
Hearty (and heart-healthy!) potatoes are baked to crispy, golden-brown perfection to start the day off on a very high note.
Wheat Toast

Beef Birria Pupusa
Pupusas were first created by the Pibil tribes of El Salvador thousands of years ago and are now enjoyed by people all over the world. Thick corn tortillas are packed with a combination of birria beef and cheese to create a rich flavor perfect for everyone to enjoy. This dish is offered with curtido, which is a traditional topping.
Salvadoran Curtido
Curtido is a traditional Central American condiment, often associated with El Salvador, made from cabbage, carrots, onions, and spices like oregano, garlic, and vinegar. It is served as a tangy, slightly spicy topping for dishes like pupusas. Made from scratch in our kitchens.
Spanish Rice
Made from scratch right in our kitchen from brown rice and seasonings!
Refried Beans
Our refried beans are the perfect addition to many entrees. They add a rich flavor, as well as much-needed protein and fiber.

This kid favorite veggie is steamed and served to perfection, making a healthy plate colorful & tasty!

Oranges are kissed by the sun and bake in loads of juicy flavor. Ours are always served fresh and flavorful!
